Carolyn Milliman
Carolyn Milliman (she/her) is pursuing an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University (June 2024). Carolyn’s clinical approach is integrative, emphasizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, and Feminist counseling theories. She is focused on empowering young adults and adults of all identities to develop skills and strengths in managing their mental health and the ability to advocate for their own needs and the needs of their communities. Carolyn is interested in working in settings where she can treat young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, LGBTQ2IA+ specific hurdles, and other mental health challenges. Carolyn is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and Chi Sigma Iota (CSI).
