• Holiday Inn

  • 1501 Sherman Ave, Evanston IL 60201
    • Uber/Lyft is the easiest transportation to get from the airport to the hotel. Follow the signs to the Rideshare Pickup zone on the Departures Level at O’Hare.
    • If you prefer public transportation there are several options.

• CIBC Theatre

  • 18 W. Monroe St, Chicago IL 60603
    • A current group member will meet at the hotel lobby at 5:15 for any wishing to take public transportation.

• Northwestern University – Ryan Hall

  • 2190 Campus Dr, Evanston IL 60208 
    • A 15-20 minute walk from the Holiday Inn
    • Rm 4003 is on the 4th floor. If you enter the front of the building take the elevator to the 4th floor and exit right, you will see the common area and lecture room.

• Dichtel Residence

  • 208 Golf Terrace, Wilmette IL 60091
    • Current group members will escort guests using the CTA purple line to the Dichtel residence.
    • 25-30 min walk from Northwestern if you prefer.

• Suggested Other Destinations

  • Downtown Evanston has many small shops along with a movie theater and is within walking distance from the lake. There are also many excellent and diverse dining options in the downtown area close to the hotel.
  • Chicago Botanic Garden and the Kohl Children’s Museum are a short drive north from the hotel with many different activities.
  • Downtown Chicago has many great options.
    • Walk the Magnificent Mile
    • Field Museum
    • Shedd Aquarium
    • Navy Pier
