About Rob

Rob is responsible for ensuring that all projects and uses of the DCFS CANS are meeting the needs of the field.  His role is to ensure that users, supervisors, programs, and agencies that utilize the CANS within their work responsibilities are supported as needed.  This includes issues that pertain to certification, implementation, data analysis, and meaningful use or feedback to the child welfare worker.

About Shannan

Shannan is responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of incoming CANS assessments and CANS data. Shannan provides technical assistance and support to CANS users completing CANS in the Intact, Outpatient Therapy, and Pregnant and Parenting Teens programs.
