Maxine Mitchell
Maxine Mitchell (BA’71) majored in economics at Northwestern University. Mitchell has a master’s degree in City Planning from MIT. She is the Founder and President of Applied Real Estate Analysis (AREA), Inc., a Chicago-based firm specializing in real estate and public policy planning. Her career centers on urban neighborhood revitalization and affordable housing development in cities nationwide.
