Ingrid Zeller

Ingrid Zeller is Professor of Instruction in the German Department at Northwestern University. She holds graduate degrees in German Studies from Columbia University and a B.M. in music from Manhattan School of Music. Her interests include architecture, film, and music in the context of language acquisition, and she gives German and English architecture tours as a volunteer docent for the Chicago Architecture Center. Currently the president of the Northern Illinois and a member of the National AATG Board, she has received numerous awards for her professional engagement, including the Goethe-Institut/AATG Certificate of Merit and the Northern Illinois Outstanding Educator Award.
