The Consumer Ear Disease Risk Assessment is a questionnaire to be used by seekers of hearing aids. The questionnaire gives you a risk score to help you determine whether you should see a physician or audiologist before purchasing hearing aids to rule out other ear diseases.

These challenges affect our auditory wellness and can impact our overall well-being. Our Auditory Wellness Website, which is currently being worked on, provides tools to help you recognize and address these challenges.

APHAP9
A shorter but just as effective version of the popular Abbreviated Profile for Hearing Aid Performance first published by Cox and Alexander in 1995. This version uses just nine questions and can be completed both before and after hearing aid use.
