Nkatha Mwenda is a Ph.D. candidate in the Northwestern Interdisciplinary Neuroscience Program (NUIN) in Dr. Talia Lerner’s laboratory. She received her BA in Biology with a concentration in Neuroscience from Kalamazoo College. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano, reading, and learning how to rollerskate. Annie Zalon is a Ph.D. candidate in the Northwestern Interdisciplinary Neuroscience Program (NUIN) in Dr. Joe Mazzulli’s lab. She received her BS in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan. Outside of the lab, you can find her in a pool hall or at the beach with her dog Spritz.
