I am a PhD student in the Schatz group. I grew up in Southern California and graduated with a BS in Chemistry from UC Irvine. At UC Irvine, I worked in Professor Apkarian’s lab on a project that tried to drive chemical reactions using SERS. My research currently is on water-solid interfaces, with potential applications in energy-water systems.
Outside of chemistry, I enjoy playing video games and painting, and being outside when the weather is nice.
