Get Help with NUsites
The first place to go for help with NUsites is the documentation, which provides instructions for most operations in NUsites. If after reading through the documentation, you still require further assistance, please follow the directions for Standard Support below.
Any support request should clearly indicate what component of the service is either unavailable or functioning incorrectly, and if at all possible, you should provide as much information as you can regarding the time and circumstances of the issue (time issue was discovered, screenshot of failure, URLs of pages failing, etc).
If any issues are found with either an individual site on NUsites or the service as a whole, please contact the Northwestern IT Help Desk.
