1) Complete a Visitor’s Expense Report.
Fill in your name, address (where the check should be mailed), and dates of travel. Print the form, sign & date it at lower left, and scan to CIERA-Events@northwestern.edu. NOTE: Please leave blank the itemized expenses; we will complete that section.
2) Scan your ground transportation receipts to CIERA-Events@northwestern.edu.
Please submit your expense report and receipts by Tuesday, September 13. We expect checks to be issued by the end of the month. Thank you.
Note to Presenters Regarding Travel Reimbursement: please retain all ground transportation receipts. Travel reimbursement will be for 1) your flight, 2) ground transportation (receipts required), and 3) about $56 per diem.
Please travel frugally, as costs will be covered only as far as the overall conference budget allows. Instructions for collecting reimbursement will be posted here following the conference. Thank you.
